Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide.

Workspace and memory data. We store the memory updates, decisions, and project context that you and your agents write to Musu. This is the core data of the service.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with Musu — pages visited, features used, and session timing — to improve the product.

Agent-generated content. When AI agents write updates to Musu via the MCP server or API, that content is stored and associated with your workspace.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Musu service; to send transactional emails (account setup, password reset); to monitor for abuse and security issues; and to respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your workspace memory data to train AI models.

Your data is stored using Supabase, which runs on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We apply row-level security policies to ensure workspace data is only accessible to authorised members of that workspace.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

We do not share your personal data or workspace content with third parties except as required to operate the service (infrastructure providers such as Supabase and Resend) or as required by law.

We may share aggregated, anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked to individual users.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@musu.app.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of Musu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
