Terms of Service

Musu provides a shared memory layer for human-agent teams, including a web application, MCP server, and API. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@musu.app.

You agree not to use Musu to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service; to interfere with the availability or performance of the service; or to use automated means to access the service outside of our documented API and MCP interfaces.

You retain ownership of all data you store in Musu. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content written to Musu by your AI agents or team members complies with these terms and applicable law.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will provide advance notice where possible.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
